2 MORE DAYS!!!

so i have been super busy the last few weeks! it has been so stressful and so exciting. i dont have a lot of time so im gonna try to make this short and sweet. saturday garrett and i went through the salt lake temple and took our endowments out... all i can say is it was AMAZING! my last day of work was on monday... its a little bittersweet because i liked the girls but i am starting a new job on august tenth and i will be getting a lot of hours. i guess i shouldnt say its a "new" job because it is the dentist i used to work for before i moved to orem... he is the nicest guy ever! we are getting married the DAY AFTER TOMORROW! so we have been trying to get all this wedding stuff done! i am thankful i have such an amazing man in my life and i cant be sealed to him for eternity! on saturday we are off to hawaii for a week! ahhh cant wait!

So exciting, yet so stressful!

So we have two more weeks until the big day! I want it to be here so bad! Things have been stressful lately. We have been so stressed with getting the house done... However its almost there! We got carpet in it yesterday and garrett started on the hardwood floor! I started moving a few things in last night and Monday we are going to try to move a lot more in.

Work has been kinda hard lately because i don't want to be there. It's not like its bad or anything... i just have a lot of other stuff i have to worry about doing. It seems like nothing ever ends! I have been getting really bad headaches every day to where i feel like i cant see or stand. everyone says its because i am stressed. I am so ready to be married already!!!

School has been stressing me out a ton also. the plan was to take anatomy this fall at SLCC but i got accepted as a non-resident??? (i have lived in utah my whole life) so i have been trying to figure all that out. i had to send my life story about what i have been doing the past 3 years in utah. By the time i get that figured out and by the time i get my transcripts to process the class might be full. i wanna go to school and everything but i have other things to worry about right now. i will still be working (probably switching to another dental office ) but i am looking forward to spending a little time having fun with gar.

My BFF Kelli threw me a bachelorette party on saturday. All the girls had a lot of fun catching up and playing games! I am so glad we are going to be in hawaii in like 2 weeks! I NEED A VACATION BAD!!!

ONE MONTH TO GO!!!

Gar and I have exactly one month from today that we will be sealed to eachother for eternity! i am so excited, however, i have been pretty stressed out lately. With a full time job it is hard for me to find time to do all the wedding stuff. luckily i have the rest of the week off so i'm hoping i can get a lot done!

I have been busy getting our announcements ready to send out,making labels, scanning pictures for our video and making our sign in book! its been pretty crazy lately and i think everyone can agree i have been kinda cranky lately. I need to remind myself it will all be worth it when it's here.

Today i went shopping with my bff's kelli, alyssa and chelsy. I had a lot of fun and it was good for me to have a day to do something fun and not think too much about wedding stuff. i got all the ties for the groomsmen and i got a couple sundresses for hawaii.

I had my bridal shower on saturday and it was a blast. chelsy and alyssa threw it for me and it was a naughty and nice theme. i got some gret gifts and we had a blast playing all the games!

Hopefully i can get a bunch done this week and garrett can work a lot on the house! Happy Fourth of July everyone! we love you all!

HONEYMOON!!!

so garrett finally booked our honeymoon to oahu, hawaii! we leave on august 1st and will be gone for 6 days! i am SOOO excited! we were going to go on a cruise to mexico but we dont want to risk not getting passports in time. i have been kinda bugging him lately and telling him he needs to hurry and book it so i feel bad because i know he has been stressed about it. he is always trying to make me happy... and he does a great job! i think it will be really fun for us to go there because we probably won't get the chance to go there again for a long time. i have been to muai and kauai but not oahu. i am excited to finally share a vacation with him... just the two of us! here is a pic of our resort that we are staying at!

All About the Love of My Life!

Garrett left to go camping with his family today and i have been pretty bummed that i couldn't go with them because of work. I am already missing him. He is such an amazing guy! His love for me and his family continues to amaze me each day! I couldn't ask for a better man to share my life with! He is always trying to make me happy no matter what... and he does a great job because i am the happiest girl in the whole world! I am so greatful that we have the gospel in our lives and it feels so great to know we will be sealed together for eternity! He is the most amazing person i know and i couldn't even imagine my life without him. July 31, 2009 will be the greatest day of my life! I can't wait! Love you sweety!

starting the summer off right!

basically we have been pretty darn busy lately! we have been having a lot of fun and it's been so nice living in good old tooele county again! last week we spent a lot of time working on the house. we stained a whole set of cabinets. i am excited for the house to be done because it's going to be pretty nice. last week we also bought an entertainment center, couches and tables. i LOVE them! we got pretty good deals because of memorial day sales. We have been hanging out with our besties a lot also (Nick and Kelli.) They are pretty much exactly like us in every way. i swear garrett and nick are long loss twins or something. and of course me and kelli get along. we shop while they hunt ;) haha. Nick and Garrett work together and Kelli and i work together so it's a lot of fun! I started my job yesterday. I am working at a dental office in Tooele and i love it so far. it feels really good to be assisting again. Garrett informed me that he bought a new chevy duramax truck today! I am excited for him. he has been wanting one forever! we test drove it on monday and it's pretty dang nice! thats about all thats been going on. we feel so lucky to be on our toes and have such great jobs and lives!

A Few Wedding Updates!

Hey everyone!!! we just wanted to let you guys know a few wedding details since we havn't been sharing a whole lot. Our sealing time for the temple is 9:20 on July 31!!! we are so excited... it's going to be such an amazing experience! I am FINALLY picking up my dress this weekend! it seems like it has taken forever for alterations and all of that stuff. We got SOOO much stuff done today. First i should start off by saying we are going to live in a house behing his grandparents house in Tooele that they own. We debated between getting a house or just living there... we decided living there would be the best for a while. it's going to be a lot cheaper. Garrett really needs/wants a new truck so we need to start taking care of that. Plus we also have some furniture and stuff we need to get. The house we are living in is going to be really nice. We are in the process of remodeling it right now so it will be brand new inside when we are finished. Garretts grandparents are the sweetest people and we are so thankful that they are letting us stay there! We worked on that today... garrett finished mudding while i wiped down walls. We are going to paint next week. We also went and looked at flowers today for the wedding. Our colors are pink, orange and green so we decided on pink roses, orange lilies and these little green flowers (i forgot what they are called.) Renee (garretts cousin) is making my cake! i am so excited! she does an amazing job. here is a pic of what i want my cake to look like. We also went through a TON of pictures today for our video. i love when we have productive days! it feels so good. Anyways i just thought i would let you guys know what has been going on!
